Engagement rings cannot be returned if they have been engraved, resized, or altered in any way, as such items are considered nonrefundable. Certain styles, including pink and blue variations, as well as white styles in sizes 7.5 - 9, are made to order, requiring an additional processing window of 2 - 3 weeks before shipping.
For Solitaire Rings:
We recommend purchasing the ring in your final size or exchanging it for the correct size if it doesn't fit perfectly.
If resizing is necessary, we advise only sizing up or down by a maximum of 1 size.
Alterations by a third party will void the Diamond Shop warranty and render the item ineligible for returns.
For Halo Rings:
We recommend purchasing the ring in your final size or exchanging it if it doesn't fit perfectly.
If resizing is required, we recommend sizing up or down by a maximum of 1/2 size.
Any alterations performed by a third party will result in the forfeiture of the Diamond Shop warranty and exclusion from our returns policy.
